Client Reviews
Sarah came into our business at a really challenging time of transition and helped us navigate many hurdles from launching new Accounting Software to optimizing our chart of accounts, to stabilizing processes & procedures that impact nonprofits fiscally across the country.
Our experience with Sarah was that she was responsive, rolled up her sleeves to help each team member, contractor and board member, she wasn’t afraid to dig deep to find solutions. She was super knowledgeable and even helped screen, hire and then train our incoming Finance Manager.
Sarah was the best!

I reported directly to Sarah for three and half years while she worked for the Skagit Valley Family YMCA. Sarah gave me an opportunity to work and grow as a professional under her leadership, she provided me with a lot of guidance when it came to accounting and organization. Sarah wore many hats during her tenure at the YMCA and I think her strong suit is staying organized in the midst of chaos. I would recommend her professional services to anyone!

Working directly with Sarah has been an absolute pleasure and a game-changer for our organization during a challenging period. Sarah's dedication to her role was evident, as she promptly responded to all my inquiries with insightful solutions. Sarah's impact on our organization has been nothing short of transformative. Her blend of knowledge, dedication, and proactive leadership was exactly what we needed during this pivotal time. Without hesitation, I can confidently say that Sarah was instrumental in overcoming obstacles and setting a solid foundation for future growth. She was, without a doubt, the best choice for our team.

I had the good fortune of being a board member at the Skagit Valley YMCA when Sarah was onboarded in the CFO position. We had struggled with financial data prior to her arrival, and it was like night and day shortly after she was brought on. She was able to negotiate through a lot of misinput data and after a short time, to present financials that the board felt confident looking at. Her ability to then present financial information that inexperienced board members could understand really struck a chord with me.
Fast forward a year after Sarah departed the YMCA to concentrate on her own business, and we found ourselves struggling with QuickBooks Online at our two restaurants. Immediately, Sarah’s name came to mind (we had struggled with CPA advice on using QuickBooks, there was a disconnect between them and our staff). Sarah has an innate ability to understand financial data needs and a mastery of QBO. In a short time, our reporting issues were solved, and in a way our bookkeeper understood. Sarah’s results came quickly and were right on point. She is now our first call when we have issues with QBO or need to reformat reporting. She has made life in our office great; we are so thankful.
